1. Firstly, the adhesive surface must be cleaned and dried. Generally, it is recommended to wipe the surface with the mixture of 1:1 IPA (isopropanol) and water with cloth. After cleaning, the surface should be completely dry.

2. After the cleaning solvent is dried, the adhesive tape is attached to the adhesive surface, and the pressure of about 15psi (1.05kggm2) is applied by roller or other means to make it effectively adhere.

3. Tear off the release paper of the adhesive tape, and then stick the required bonding material, and apply the same pressure of 15psi to make it fit effectively. If it is necessary to remove bubbles, the pressure should be increased to the upper limit of the article.

4. When pasting, the ideal temperature is 15-38 ℃, not lower than 10 ℃.

5. When adhesive tape is bonded, one end should be bonded first and then slowly pressed to the other end to reduce the probability of bubbles.

The suitable storage environment for 3M double-sided adhesive tape: temperature 19-23 ℃, humidity 40-60%.
