Dongguan 3M double-sided adhesive tape is widely used in computers, mobile phones, communications, household appliances, audio-visual equipment, automobiles and other products. It should be selected according to the applied products and environmental needs. Please refer to the following instructions:

1. Non woven base material double-sided adhesive and good processability, general long-term temperature resistance of 70-80 ℃, short-term temperature resistance of 100-120 ℃, thickness of 0.08-0.15mm, suitable for Ming board, plastic lamination, automobile, mobile phone, electrical appliances, sponge, rubber, signs, paper products, toys and other industries, home appliances and electronic equipment parts assembly, display lens.

2. No base material double-sided adhesive has excellent adhesion effect, can prevent falling off and excellent waterproof performance, good processability, good temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistance 204-230 ℃, generally long-term temperature resistance 120-145 ℃, the thickness is generally 0.05-0.13mm, suitable for the bonding of Ming board, panel, decorative parts.

3. Pet double-sided adhesive has good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance. Generally, it has long-term temperature resistance of 100-125 ℃ and short-term temperature resistance of 150-200 ℃. Its thickness is generally 0.048-0.2mm. It is suitable for the bonding of name plates, LCDs, ornaments and decorative parts.

4. The double-sided adhesive with foam base material has the characteristics of softness, good adhesion, good initial adhesion and holding adhesion, good solvent resistance and UV resistance. The general thickness is 0.4-1.0 mm, short-term temperature resistance is 130-150 ℃, long-term temperature resistance is 80-93 ℃. It is suitable for the bonding of air conditioners, office furniture and communication products. It can replace the screw fixation design to make the products more beautiful.

5. Hot melt adhesive film has good consistency, uniform adhesive thickness, solvent-free, easy processing, good adhesion to many objects, thickness of 0.1 mm, color of translucent / amber, hot melt softening temperature of 116-123 ℃. It is suitable for the bonding of nameplates, plastics and hardware. Good results can also be obtained on the surface of uneven objects. The recommended initial bonding conditions are: temperature 132-138 ℃, bonding time 1-2 seconds, and pressure 10-20 psi.
